    Integrated delivery

Isolation, dismantling and haulage under one team

Decommissioning sequences typically move from asset shutdown, isolation and hazardous-energy control, into dismantling, material recovery and site reinstatement. CEDR carries the licences and plant to run that sequence end-to-end.

What we bring to every project

    How we manage safety

    • Engineered lift and rigging plans for high-risk picks
    • Coordination of electrical and mechanical isolations with licensed trades
    • Exclusion zones maintained throughout the works

Our WHS management system is aligned to ISO 45001:2018 (not third-party certified). Matthew Hardy and a senior counterpart are ISO 45001 Lead Auditors.

    Documentation

    • SWMS and site-specific safety documentation
    • Certificates of Currency issued per project
    • Plant pre-start and inspection records
    • Waste tracking and disposal records
    • Signed hand-over documentation
    Competency & training

    Competency behind complex dismantling

Industrial decommissioning brings stored energy, structural interdependence and staged dismantling into one scope, which is why the people planning it hold formal qualifications rather than experience alone. Senior CEDR staff progress through the CPC41020 Certificate IV in Demolition with OnShift Education (RTO 41304) as they move from the tools into planning and supervision roles.

Every methodology is still reviewed against the site conditions, the asset owner’s requirements and the applicable regulator’s obligations before work starts.
