Qualified crews and credentialled supervisors
Demolition is high-risk construction work, so every CEDR scope is planned and supervised by people holding the competencies the work calls for — plant operators, dismantling crews and the supervisor accountable for the site. Workers build those competencies through nationally recognised demolition qualifications delivered by OnShift Education (RTO 41304), the registered training organisation we use to train and credential our crews.
Licensing decisions themselves sit with the relevant regulator — SafeWork NSW in New South Wales and WorkSafe/WHSQ in Queensland — and training does not by itself guarantee a licence.
