    Safety & quality alignment

Our WHSQ management system is aligned to ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety). Matthew Hardy and a senior counterpart are ISO 45001 Lead Auditors. Alignment is not the same as third-party certification and is not claimed as such.

Under NSW licence AD214391 (Class DE2), permitted higher-risk activities include structures over 15 metres, tower crane involvement, pre- or post-tensioned structural elements, floor propping and mobile cranes exceeding 100 tonnes. Excluded activities are use of explosives and chemical installation removal.

    Capability

    • Structural demolition (residential, commercial, industrial)
    • Decommissioning of redundant plant, steel and infrastructure
    • Excavation, trenching and bulk earthworks
    • Supervision of licensed asbestos-removal subcontractors
    • Electrical isolation coordination and temporary supply
    • Heavy haulage and specialist helicopter lifts
    • Site remediation and reinstatement

How our licences and competencies are maintained

Company licences sit with the regulator in each state, while the individual competencies behind them sit with our people. Workers and supervisors are trained through OnShift Education (RTO 41304), and clients comparing scopes across borders often find the NSW demolition licence requirements a useful reference for what a licence class does and does not cover.

Licence classes, conditions and currency are determined by the relevant regulator — SafeWork NSW for New South Wales work and WorkSafe Queensland for Queensland work. Completing training does not by itself grant a licence.

Licence and insurance details listed here are subject to renewal. For tender purposes always request current certificates.
