Competency across excavation and foundation works
Excavation next to existing structures, underpinning and deep service work each carry their own failure modes, and the controls only hold if the crew understands why they are there. Our operators and leading hands supplement site experience with underpinning and foundation works training through OnShift Education (RTO 41304), a registered training organisation working across demolition and civil trades.
Geotechnical advice and engineering design remain the responsibility of the relevant qualified consultants on each project.
